My experience building with Dave was exceptional. Despite being a large construction firm with numerous projects taking place at any given time, Dave personally ensured that no details were missed and quality was never compromised. Throughout the process Dave was available to answer questions and provide guidance, often meeting at the property to walk through open items in real-time and in 3 dimensions, versus over the phone or through blueprints. Beyond the exceptional quality and attention to detail, Dave was always honest and transparent. I was never surprised by an additional cost or change and everything was discussed and agreed upon openly and in advance. When you build with Dave, you get the overwhelming feeling that he is building the home as if it’s going to be his, given the level of care and time he puts into it. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, Dave is simply a pleasure to interact with. He’s always positive and good natured, which is crucial to making the process go smoothly. My wife and I would like to thank Dave and the Trojanski Builder’s team for a truly wonderful building experience.  It was nice to know that those to whom you entrust the building of your family’s home care about the process and product as much as you do.  What we imagined being a stressful and agonizing process turned out to be an exciting, rewarding, and fun experience.  Throughout the entire build, we felt as if we were priority number one and enjoyed open and frequent communication with everyone involved.  When unexpected situations arose, things were quickly dealt with in a fair and honest way.  Abigail and I could not be happier with the entire process.  Most importantly, my kids, wife, and I really love our new house.  We would recommend Dave and his team without any hesitation.  We could not have asked for a better building experience.

Thank you is not enough! Dave Trojanski and his entire team are truly amazing to work with. From the first small laundry room remodel, through significant structural repairs to an entire remodel (almost full gut) of the first floor including addition and kitchen remodel, the team was professional, detail-oriented, and did it right the first time. Dave continues to be so helpful, patient, understanding, and honest. He goes over every detail and answers questions.  He returns calls quickly and provides individual customer service that is phenomenal.   Liam, John, and Mike are the nicest, neatest, and hard-working men.  We lived in the house through all the chaos with two kids and these men were gracious and kind at all times.  Every place we were referred to, from cabinets, granite, tile, stone, appliances, and flooring, provided individual attention and honest feedback.    The second floor is next on our list of major overhauls and we look forward to working with Dave and his amazing team to tackle that project.
